It is that time when I need new tires for the airplane. I called Desser as I had ordered from them before. Talked to a nice rep there by the name of Anthony. Within a couple of seconds he had my info from the last time I ordered. I told him what I wanted he verified that I was ordering the right sized stuff for my airplane and that the items were in stock. Took the cc info and I was done. Very quick and professional. It is was nice to work with an order rep who new how their system worked and could quickly double check that I was indeed ordering the right stuff and thus avoiding the risk of having to send things back.
