I purchased the aircraft in Aug 2001, and picked up another partner in it in 2002. (He lives in COS)
Since I am not in KCOS full time any longer and the aircraft is based there, I am going to reduce my stake in the aircraft.
These numbers are estimates only, as I have not gone through the log books in a while. All current mx is done by a Cessna shop.
5500TT, 1200LE/RE since OH, 1200, LP, 400 RP
New paint, about to get a new interior, all B/K stack, except a Collins ADF, KLN_94 IFR GPS, Alternator STC, new cabin heater (ceramic combustion tube) and has had A LOT of $$$ put in to it's MX over the past 5 years.
It's a great flying, stable instrument platform, and is currently on lease back to a local pilot center.
