Helping a friend sell a 1/3 share in his 1971 C 150 L.
One owner is a CFI the other has another plane and availability is pretty good.
So here are the Stats as he related them:
Based at KLOM, Wings Field outside Philadelphia
TTAF in the 3500 range
TSMOH 100hrs By Columbia engines
Includes iFly moving map GPS.
There are no monthly dues or hourly rate. Owners pay for the fuel they use and pay for expenses as they are incurred. Some of the costs are as follows:
Insurance $350 to $450 per year, total not per partner.
Tie down $89 per month.
SHARE PRICE $8,500.
