My home drome is Jefferson County International Airport (0S9) on the north end of Puget Sound. The pie at the Spruce Goose Cafe is typically reason enough to fly in, but this last weekend there was an "Airport Day" party put on by the Port of Port Townsend. There was a car show, aircraft on static display, food, music and the Port Townsend Aero Museum was open to all visitors for free. It was a great time. Is that Delorean there to take people back to see the one flight of the Spruce Goose?

I can attest to the pies at the Spruce Goose. If you fly into 0S9, check the Sectional/TAC for the suggested minimum altitude area just east over Indian Island. It's a nuclear weapons storage area for the boomers homed at Naval Base Kitsap-Bangor under P-51 20 nm due south.

Next year, please post the event in advance.
I'm looking forward to next year's (2027) Sequim Fly-in and Skagit Skies Airshow.

I will. The event is more for the community than for pilots, but a bunch of planes did fly in. The ramp in front of the Goose was closed to aircraft so visitor's cars could park there. There are tiedowns in the grass midfield and that's where all transient aircraft were directed. If you're OK parking in the grass, it's a fun event.
