dinner tour

There's tons of places to go for breakfast, but any good suggestions for places to fly to after an early Friday workday? Departing at maybe 3pm, preferably back before sunset. The wife and I are in an M20K 231, so cruise/distance is pretty decent. We've done Hangar24, which she really liked...

Several years ago went on a sunset and dinner cruise. Company was based at DVT, but drove you about 30 miles west of there to launch. Does anyone know the name of that company? Or one like it? I could have sworn it was Float, but after much googling not having any luck or finding dead website...
