bose noise canceling smartphone

All, I have a Bose X noise canceling headset that I would like to use standalone with my iPhone in noisy environments (riding the subway, mowing the lawn, flying as a commercial passenger). Of course the jacks for the phone and headset are of different size. Is there an adapter I can buy? I...
