archer cht and leaning

I have a 1979 Archer. I had an Insight G1 installed. My #3 cylinder CHT is 50+ degrees hotter than the others in climb causing me to bring the power back to 2400 RPM and climb @ 95 kts. This will get the CHT below 400 in #3. I really don't get much of a climb rate especially since I...
