I don’t know what percentage of folks are putting down cash for airplanes, maybe a large percent…but in the next year or so, if the inflation we are seeing does not reverse, I anticipate some significant increases in interest rates…if that happens the pool of people not paying cash is going to...

I recently resigned as an AME after I closed my solo practice ( which had nothing to do with the AME, I simply couldn't keep up with Govt and Insurance demands anymore). I charged about that much and I didn't do it to make a profit, I loved working with pilots.
