There will soon be no reason to be a pilot

As I've stated before to people like you who are light speed to judge me and "read me my rights", you're free to have whetever opinions you wish about me and my motives. Just don't sit there and act like I should give a damn what they are. I WILL become a pilot for whatever ding dang dong...

There will soon be no reason to be a pilot

Pretty soon in our future, being a pilot will mean nothing. Planes will become autonomous, and Uber even has plans to introduce autonomous air taxis very soon https://www.google.com/amp/s/www.cnbc.com/amp/2018/05/08/uber-flying-car-prototype.html. Being a pilot carries with it a level of...

Written test scheduled and close to checkride.

I'm probably looking at about 10-12 more hours of training to finish up my license. At the rate I'm flying, it'll be about another month and a half. I've got time before my checkride, so I'm going to focus on the written test for now. I'm just going to go the route of memorizing the correct...

Written test scheduled and close to checkride.

Hmm... interesting. I was watching a video with that Jason dude from MZeroA and he was talking about how the PPL knowledge test questions had changed sand that he had gotten all the new questions in his new book/product. Guess he was just trying to sell books.

Written test scheduled and close to checkride.

Kind of stressed over the upcoming examinations. Not so much the knowledge test, but the practical test. Also, in the past couple solos I've done, my patterns, approaches, and landings were horrible. Crazy how one day you're killing it and the next day you forget how to land.

Written test scheduled and close to checkride.

Before I start, i just wanted to address the last few exchanges I've had in this forum. I'd like to put whatever issues arose behind. There were some pretty unnecessary shots fired at me that got way more personal than I ever got with anyone else (I never got personal with anyone). But I don't...

Roadblocks in purchasing a plane. What can I do?

I'll soon have enough money for about a 35% down payment for this plane. If he'd do $9000, I'd only need to borrow $6000. Not sure the bank would lend me that with no credit for my first loan. Might be able to put it all on a credit card, but that would likely ruin me for a good long time.

Roadblocks in purchasing a plane. What can I do?

Oooooh....Okaaay.....I think I figured it where all the confusion is. You all are looking at this from a married (or at least spoken for) perspective. There are no women in my life. Never have been, never will be. Therefore, I don't have that evil weighing me down. Therefore, I should be good to...
