That's why I teach it that way. Intercept the inbound course. Another reason is there is less chance of missing the fix due to winds.

You can certainly add all the PBN codes also, but practically, there are not too many Sids, Stars and approaches that require PBN that most GA pilots will use at the moment. I'm not even sure ATC has widespread ability to do anything with the codes yet. Be interested to hear from ATC folks on...
