Another BS study to find a solution to a non-existent problem.
Anybody who is forced to work with the general public should be drinking heavily, possibly on the job too. I deal with idiots occasionally but I cannot imagine doing so as part of my job. I guess it would make me an alcoholic.
Just dealing with "professionals" at my work is enough for me.
To those of you with a job facing the general public, I say: "I feel for you".

I worked with the public as a store manager in the 80’s and found it to be the best part of my job. If they were upset there was a reason. Public service jobs are certainly not for everyone and if being pleasant to customers causes you to drink more...find a new job!
