Otter make? Seriously! I was riding along a canal bike trail and I managed to wake up, scare, or otherwise **** off some small seal like creature that flopped across the pavement that I later identified to be an otter out of water.

But the sound this thing made was unlike any other I had heard in the animal kingdom. It was a cross between a burp, a fart, a bark, and a scream. I don't know what it was trying to vocalize but in any case it didn't sound happy.

If it actually had something resembling real running legs I probably would have been scared, but as it was it was more comical.
