Not out of aviation... I'll be walking to the airport before gas prices push me out of flying the airplane. I can say that my Motorhome hasn't moved in 6 months, and my boat stayed dry all summer...

I didn't know one airplane could be a fleet... or two for that matter (wouldn't that be a pair of airplanes??)... :D Another thing... does it really cost 3600/hr to operate an Eclipse and make a profit?? I know a gentleman that regularly charters a Lear 55 for not much more than that...

Around here for a while, you could do 100% financing interest only on a 24 month ARM on anything (credit rating?? Who needs a credit rating, you have a pulse, you getta loan)... no money down... buy the house, sit on it for a month or so, and put it on the market after having spent $0 on...
