    LSA night flying

    As far as I know if you have an LSA aircraft and are private pilot rated (IFR) and the aircraft has the right lighting you can fly at night. My question is if you allow your medical to expire for the PPL (IFR) could you still fly at night in an LSA?

    Hello aviators, If you were to get your Light sport aircraft license using your drivers license and never got a medical would you be allowed to carry a passenger? ( would carrying a passenger require a medical or 3rd class medical certificate for ex.) -thank you
