    Good News! My doc issued my Second Class based on the documentation provided from my sleep doc. I just have to mail in those docs to the regional office.

    Getting Back In the Air

    Hi All, I went to a Part 141 school and earned my BS along with my Commercial Multi Instrument license. I entered the military and did not fly and spent 10 years flying a desk...Now that I'm out I want to get back into flying and use my GI Bill to pay for my CFI ratings. Does anyone on here...

    Sounds good guys. Thanks for all the quick advice. I've contacted my treating doctor at the VA and I'll have all the documentation in hand for the visit.

    I've seen topics regarding people having questions about the screening, but what if I have Sleep Apnea and use a CPAP machine? I've seen some things about providing a report from my machine etc. Does any know if having OSA limits my ability to get a first or second class?
