During the refueling process, how would I safely access the left nacelle fuel tank on a Cessna 340? Is it OK to climb up on the wing between the prop and fuselage? It seems to be inaccessible any other way.
Not intending to taxi but for the sole purpose of just quickly checking the proper functioning of an instrument or some other component in the cockpit, would you recommend leaving the tie downs attached while the engine is running at no less than 1000 RPM?
