Does anyone know if there are organizations looking for pilots to help fly supplies/materials for Covid-19?

I am hoping that I can simply just update the gps database without having to buy the Skybound hardware setup from Jepp at their outrageous prices. Does anyone here update their cards without the Jepp setup, or there is just no way and I have to bite the bullet and get the setup from either ebay...
