I drive in Central Paris all the time. It's not near as bad or aggresive as Boston. Just know where you are going and don't slow down to sight see or you will **** others off.
I'm currently looking for three other pilots to form an LLC to purchase a 1956 G35 Bonanza. This bird is in good shape. Currently the plane is located and hangered at Front Range Airport (KFTG). I'd like to relocate the plane to 18V (Platte Valley), Erie or Greeley. I live in Fort Lupton, Co...
I saw this video and I really feel bad for the pilot. It was not his fault. I think it was a very new pilot. The worst part is the Volvo driver who refused to take any responsibility even though he ran a stop sign. The plane did land on its belly and there were no injuries but the pilot was...
After the disaster that Vista was and still is, I moved on to Windows 7. I'm still getting used to 7. I'll wait for everyone to test Windows 8 before I drink that kool-aid again.
Just have to say that driving in the Boston area.....wow! Really? The most aggresive drivers I have ever seen in my driving career. Do Boston pilots fly like they drive? I have not flown in that area.
I have been playing around with my I-Pad and the "My Wing Man" program from Bendix-King. I must say Im very impressed. It beats Forflight, Air Nav Pro etc. What I like about it......It's designed for a pilot. Its logical. It has a minimum of menues and information is available when you...
I agree, its the perfect size. Have you tried the new Bendix King program for I-pad. "My Wing Man"? I think its the best of the bunch and Ive tred them all.
It always amazes me that so many people will not fly in a GA aircraft. Is this because of the media? Flying is supposed to be safer than driving or riding in a car right? Or is it flying commercial is safer than riding or driving a car?
Not making triple sure the door on my G35 Bonanza is locked on take-off. When it pops open in flight its a loud bang and huge rush of air. Keep flying the plane, land and close the door is all you can do.
