Yes.. Maybe a helicopter, But I did a test fight in a Heli, and I liked the Fixed wing better. I will put a wind sock up there, but I'm only there for a few hours at a time, every other month, so I would like to gave solid data before I retire and take on goofing off on my dreams full time...

Understood. I will start the Random tests, gather info. In the mean time I will work on my Sport, It might change to a PPL if I feel comfortable with my paperwork in 4 to 6 months, but air time is air time. I did go through a required 10 week program, so I should be able to go to that...

I'm looking to take a vacation, instead of spending a year getting a lesson a leek to get my SP an maybe having life get in the way, I'd like to go somewhere for two to 4 weeks, and fly home... Any suggestions for schools in the US that specialize in Sport?
