1063 is 19.36% of 5492. IF AND ONLY IF only 5492 in world have received the vaccine, then your statement would be true. But many millions of people have been fully vaccinated. And of those, 1063 have died from Covid. 1063 is NOT TWENT MOTHER EFFING PERCENT of many millions. Please don't spread misinformation.
 
All I’m saying is over the past year and a half I’ve

Traveled domestic on an airline and stayed in hotels probably 10 times

Driven from NC to IL for a funeral and had a buffet with 100 other people

went to the Myrtle Beach car show and sat on a public buss next to all sorts of people

dinned out

Been on dates

I’m either one lucky SOB or I looked at the science and determined my best chance of staying healthy is to avoid the “stab” for now.
 
The need for us to get vaxxed is observable… hospitals were packed,now they aren’t once the shot got cranking. That’s a “stat” we can observe…

I have a son who turned anti-vax, I was standing w him and my dad and said “dad, what’s that dime size scar in your arm?” He says “that’s where I got my small pox vaccine”. I said, “funny I don’t have one, Sam you don’t have one, you know why? Vaccines work”.

I know several people who have died and quite a few that told me they thought they were going to- that they really didn’t think they would pull through… none were vaxxed.

the vaccine will only be truly effective if we can reach a number to be herd immune, where there’s so few of us it can spread to it peters out… so a decision to not get one is ones decision but they should know they are doing their part to help this invisible enemy of us by doing so. We need to win this like small pox and polio…

there was the same scepticism of the small pox vaccine and the same scare tactics were used to convince some folks to avoid that one that are being used today… Anyone regret winning against small pox now?

Getting the shot, unless a real medical condition prevents you, is an act of social responsibility. It’s making sure we band together as brother/sister humans and defeat this thing… It should be a source of pride that ya have done your part to help close this chapter of history for good.
