My name is Manny Vargas. I am new to this forum. I live in Murrieta, Sunny Southern California. I own a Piper Cherokee. I join this forum to get more information about my plane, news, and new flying destination.

Did I know that? I had an office in Fallbrook a number of years ago, right across the street from Dominic's Deli - best turkey avocado sub I've ever had!
 
Fallbrook is an interesting City. I drove through Fallbrook everyday for over 10 years while stationed in Camp Pendleton. I never stopped at that Dominic's Deli. I will try it out next time that I am in the area.

I was a contractor at NWS Fallbrook in the 80's - we built QA databases for all the air-launched missiles they had in inventory there.
My mother in law lives in Hemet, so we drove through Murrieta and Temecula regularly and watched it explode from tiny, sleepy little towns to just another extension of LA. The only thing keeping San Diego and LA from merging is Pendleton.
