FAA merry-go-round exists!

I think that's where the paperwork for my plane went... I send it in, they tell me something is missing. I send it in again and they tell me something else is missing. Round and round we go...

SOCAL approach. Lived just down the road. Horrible traffic on Kearny Villa / Miramar rd.

The real question is, if an airplane were on a Merry-go-round in motion could it take off? It may be a testing facility for that, I think the treadmill testing center is located closer to Omaha if I'm not mistaken...
 
Maybe that explains why it took four months for them to process my aircraft registration...
