Bring list with you to AME, he'll fill it in.Only one page. Only one MD listed. He can't gEt back to fill in again
Once you click the submit button "sending" it up he chain, it's locked and you cannot change it. And that is by design, even if it's not the best of designs.Only one page. Only one MD listed. He can't gEt back to fill in again

Now for graduate school points, there is a copy of the confirmation code on the airman copy at the bottom. If you don't know, if your AME's process DEFENDS the applicant by using the APPLICANT's copy (initially on review) and not the imported copy (using the code, thereby making it go live) then act accordingly.
Though, if you TRUST your AME, there's no need to cut off the code as he won't enter it into the system until he is satisfied you'll pass, or you've both agreed that you will accept deferral. (What you DON'T want to do, of course, is hand over the code unless you KNOW that the AME is willing to operate that way.)In words even an Aggie can understand, cut the confirmation code off of the printed copy can keep in your pocket. Hand the print out to the AME and let him do his initial stuff from that.
If he refuses to do so, "act accordingly" by thanking him and finding an AME who will work with the codeless paper copy.
But it seems like we have many airmen stop by who have yet to build that trusting relationship with an AME.Though, if you TRUST your AME
