I don't know why I thought of this movie today. I loved it as a kid. I admit I havent seen this scene in probably 15+ years, didnt even think of it really.

I never saw that because I never could sit through that dumb movie. I think he could have been faster if he had retracted the flaps.

They had the flaps out so that they could fly at a speed slow enough for the dirt bike. They needed a cool finish scene.
