After an aviation accident, the NWS prepares a forensic weather report for some of them. I can't figure out how they decide which ones to write reports for, as there are both fatal and non-fatal accidents listed. Perhaps it's at the NTSB's request?
Anyway, it's a useful site if you're wondering what the weather conditions affecting the accident were.
