I thought only in Alaska too, but in his latest podcast, Jason Miller of "The Finer Points" talks about TWEBS and says "I believe" that there's one at SJC VOR in the San Francisco area: http://thefinerpoints.net/wordpress/podcast/ He talks about TWEB from 2:45 to 3:41, and mentions SJC from about 3:25 to 3:35. I suspect he's just mistaken. Just curious.
