The FAA may be interested in the credentials but by then we will have all that money from the sucker pilots and moved on.Why do a residency? ....for them to accept them without external contracted expert review.IIRC Bruce's posts correctly, the FAA requires advanced certifications in psychiatry for the reports for them to accept them.
