Yup. I did an overflight of the facility and took those aerial photos on behest of George prior to his presentation at S'n'F. Cheap bastard stiffed me! When I asked for a tip he said "On your deathbed you will receive total enlightenment". So I have that going for me...which is nice. 
Seriously though, Vitol is blending fuel for GAMI at the St. Gabriel facility (about 15mi south of BTR). George asked that I not disclose any info prior to his presentation.
