Engine For Gabriel

Someone needs to send him a round trip air ticket and wrist band for Oshkosh. That would be a good start...
 
Sorry but the guy needs more than an engine. I suspect he will just end up killing himself faster with one.

So these guys have their own show in Norway...they apparently reached the crowdfunding goal right away and the show is also paying for Gabriel's pilots license.

The guy has spunk for sure and he is ambitious. Personally with the limited resources he has I would have started with a trike design or similar. Do they not have scales there?
 
I don't think a new/upgraded/powerful engine is the answer, he needs to work on aerodynamics and structure. Yes the theory is you can make a pig fly with enough power but it just makes the pig mad.
