Touchdown! Greaser!
Since we're talking about it... I figured I'd post this again:
1997 Mooney Ovation, $159,900/offer or looking for partners in Milwaukee area.
Hangared at KMWC, Milwaukee, WI
Performance:
* I plan on 170 KTAS at 12 gph. It'll do 175 up around 9000 feet. You can make it go 10 knots faster, it'll cost you another 5 gph to do so, so I don't.
* Full gross on a standard day, you'll climb to 10,000 feet in under 10 minutes at a 120 KIAS cruise climb speed. Full gross yesterday (cold), I was getting 1600 fpm. Myself and full fuel in the cold, I've pegged the VSI (>+2000 fpm).
* Range: Slightly over 1000nm with full fuel - You can climb to 10,000 and go for 6 hours at 170 KTAS with an hour reserve.
* Useful Load: 1011 lbs. Good for full fuel and 493 lbs, or enough fuel to climb to 10,000, go 500nm, and carry 703 lbs.
Airframe:
1450 total time since new

4. Full panel (Yeah, there's headsets and stuff in the picture. This plane actually flies. That's a good thing.)
5. Lower left panel. EGT, autopilot VS/altitdue preselect, master switches, Shadin Miniflo fuel computer, switches for remote DME tuning and RMI
6. Lower middle panel. Bottom of 6-pack, Nav2, Stormscope, electrical switches
7. Upper middle panel. Engine gauges, gear controls, Argus moving map/RMI display, trim/flap indicators
8. Main radio stack. From top: Annunciator panel, nav annunciators/switching, HSI controls, KMA24, KLN89B, KX165, KX155, KFC150.
9. Oxygen/reading light panel. On left sidewall just in front of pilot's armrest.
10. Overhead switch panel for all light switches. Landing and Taxi light switches are split to allow individual control. (And overhead switches are cool.)

12. Engine compartment prior to Reiff install.
13. View under the glareshield from when Pitot/Static check was done.
14. Pic of inside of right wing. You're seeing the capstan on the autopilot roll servo.
15. Another pic inside the right wing showing part of the autopilot roll harness.
16. Inside of tail. O2 tank, one of the batteries and the top of the pitch trim servo.
17. Inside the belly - Landing gear linkages.
18. More of the belly innards - Control and gear linkages, gear motor, etc.
19. In flight panel shot - Climbing through 13,200 MSL at 120 KIAS and still getting 650 fpm.
Logbooks: Complete since manufacture, Adlog system, scans available upon request.
Hopefully this gives at least some sense of how nice a plane this is.
