Since I grew up in and around Linden, I had to smile as you accurately described the armpit of the planet.

I have a great friend that grew up in Jersey City (think Sopranos) so Linden, in theory, is the perfect place to drop in to see them at home. Nuh uh... never again.

I tried watching the Sopranos once -- I hated it -- way too much "Jersey."

I left that place at 18 and never looked back.
