Engine: 1960 total time since new, prop same time. New oil and spin on oil filter.
Avionics/Radios: King KY97 com, Narco MK16 nav/com, Bendix transponder with blind encoder.
Additional equipment: ¼” windows, electronic beacon, 4 place seating, leather trimmed seats with fabric inserts, toe brakes pilot side, 4 place intercom, electric tow motor, hand tow bar and ground power cable.
Exterior: paint fair, new stabilator bearing and hardware, balance tube replace with non AD replacement, Rams Horn yokes with dual ptt switches, landing light bucket installed. STC’s for the following (not installed yet) Third window kit, split nose bowl kit and ADC Oberg oil filter kit. New Teflon oil cooler lines for installation when required.
Inspection status/documentation: out of annual. All log books from new, Piper service manuals, parts manuals and Lycoming engine overhaul manuals with aircraft.
Price: $17,000 as is, based at KPAE in north ramp hangar by Museum of Flight Restoration facility.
Needs: Annual, battery due to age, tires due to age.
