Women in Corporate Aviation offering over
$40,000 in Scholarships to be announced at 2013 NBAA
Women in Corporate Aviation (WCA), the premier non-profit mentoring association for professionals in corporate and business aviation, has announced seven aviation scholarships to be presented at WCA’s annual scholarship luncheon at noon on Oct. 23, 2013 at the National Business Aviation Association (NBAA) 66th Annual Meeting and Convention in Las Vegas, Nevada.
The scholarships being offered are:
•Aircare FACTS Training Scholarship (valued at $4,675)
•Gulfstream Aerospace Corporation – Corporate Aviation Maintenance Technology Scholarship (valued at $5,000)
•CAE SimuFlite CitationJet 3 Initial Training Scholarship (valued at $22,000)
•MedAire Training Scholarship (valued at $1,040)
•Susan C. Friedenberg Corporate Flight Attendant Training & Consulting Scholarship (valued at $3,995)
•Universal Weather and Aviation, Inc. – Dispatcher Training Scholarship (valued at $3,000)
•WCA Aviation Management Scholarship (valued at $3,000)
•WCA Career Scholarship (valued at $2,000)
Scholarship applications are due Monday, August 12.
