That's why all their products are free, I suppose.
I consider it slightly amusing, myself, since I never pay any attention to any of their ads (or much advertising in general for that matter.) Their customization of my advertising content is a waste of their time. But I'll take advantage of their free services in the meantime.

Yeah...but people with sheeple minds will still see Google as some great benevolent entity and the government as eeeevvvviiiilllll.
I saw a story once that talked about how people would not give any personal information if asked, but freely give it away for a free pack of gum or some other inane "prize".
