A friend of mine wants to take a picture out the window of a Cessna 150 (in flight). Does anyone in the Chicago area have a Cessna 150 with an opening window?

Thanks! There is a guy at Aurora airport with a Cessna 180 with a window that can be latched open. If that does not work out, he will call Butch.:blueplane:

Butch. Schaumburg. Air Force fighter colors.

Meigs tower: "Cherokee, caution wake turbulence from the departing Air Force jet..."

You can see the tail of the 150 here.

He flew 100 Young Eagles, one at a time. (While I was taking up to 3 at a time and told them to give me the big kids.)

You should see how he does at Young Eagles rallies. He never leaves the seat. His wife lines up and feeds him kids. :D

Cessna 150s do not work well. The window does not completey open up and it takes a lot of effort to get it completely released.

The best plane for this purpose is a Cessna 172. Remove one phillips screw and the window will open all the way. Stay coordinated and above 60 knots and the window will remain open without issue.
