Where does Foreflight/AOPA get Traffic Pattern Alt from?

Just wondering the source.

I was looking at KNQA, noticed Foreflight listed a TPA.

It was first I had heard of it, not 1000 ft. above field elevation (319) and not in A/FD.

Tower did confirm when I was inbound.

TPA is 1000 AGL if not specified in the A/FD. Just like left traffic.
