What's the Difference....?

the "II" package was an IFR setup w/transponder and dual nav comms i believe.
 
The II i did my training it didn't have dual navcoms that I can recall.

I did most of my IFR training in a 152 that had dual nav/coms, but the 2nd nav/com was one of those units that fit in a 3" hole and had a "digital" CDI (lights instead of a needle) and the segmented numerical display was nigh on impossible to read.
