So I was dream-planning a flight and I ran across this:

What have the LA State Police been working on for the last 3 months?

It doesn't really matter to me, I'm just the curious type.

There was a gas line that ruptured in that area and I think it turned out to be mostly salt water that came up and flooded the area. Been a long clean up.
