Pre-takeoff checklist
What it's all about
I wanted to get my ticket to buzz around the skies up here in Northern California.. Last week a few of us went to a small but busy flyin in a neighboring town called Colusa.. My passenger had his Contour camera along for the ride.., I'm a low time pilot with 128hrs.. I know to some of you veterans with thousands of hours this is nothing.. But to us low time guys that radio was pretty busy (busier than I'm normally used to anyway).
It's kind of a boring video but it was a fun 25min flight there and even more fun keeping an eye and ear out for traffic.. I realize now I made a few possible mistakes on the radio calls but oh well we had fun. And as a bonus my friend in the ToyCat (7:14mins into the video) took me for a ride in it when we got back., like I said to most of you this ain't nothing. Fun stuff for me though
