This is probably a dumb question, but I can't figure it out after trying a few different searches.

In the pilot's operating handbook (POH) for the Evektor Sportstar, Section 5.3.2 has a table for "Horizontal Speeds" at various power settings and altitudes. The five columns for power and correspoding engine speeds include:

55% MTV -- 65% MTV -- 75% MTV -- MCP -- MTP

The corresponding RPMs are 4300, 4800, 5000, 5500, and 5800.

It's on page 73 of the POH you can see here:

http://www.aerodynamicaviation.com/documents/Evektor Sportstar Max POH.pdf

MCP and MTP are defined in the table as Maximum Continuous Power and Maximum Takeoff Power.

But, what's MTV?

My guess would be Maximum Thrust Value. But that's a guess. It's clear that they're referring to a percentage of the maximum power the engine/prop can deliver.
