What does “Narrative” mean in the Document List on MedXPress?

Hi everyone

I’ve been going through a very lengthy proces with the FAA to obtain a first class medical. I’m curious what “Narrative” means on the document list. I have two parts on the document list from two dates in May stating “Narrative”.

for more context I resubmitted my documents for an appeal on December 10th of 2022. Still waiting on a decision.
