Start with 50 lbs of ribeye roast

Slice to a thickness that will hopefully allow medium rare center without charring the outside

and load up the grill ...

Yeah I like ribeye. I'm picky on the cut though, it has to be reasonably lean. I actually prefer my ribeye in the form of a roast (prime rib). I tried to do one in the Weber once but the taste was off due to the charred fat. You can pull off a decent prime rib in a smoker though.
