Pre-takeoff checklist
I'm starting a new thread, since my previous one got all bogged down with off-topic banter. Please do not post comments unless you have a plane for sale or know of someone that does, that meets my requirements below. Thank you for understanding.
I'm looking to buy a 1977 or newer Piper Archer (II or III). I'd like a low TTAF in the 3,xxx or lower range. Engine time doesn't matter, and avionics doesn't matter. SB1006 must have been performed within the last few years and logged.
This will be a cash transaction, with no waiting for bank approvals. I'm located in New York, but will travel for the right plane.
