Video for the day - Airplanes & Fishing

grumman flying boat of some kind? probably named after a bird. mallard, goose. i dunno

It's from "Always".

http://imdb.com/title/tt0096794/

It also looks a lot closer than it is due to the angle and the way film camera lenses work.

"Always" is a remake of "A Guy Named Joe."

I can't watch the video at work but, if it's the opening scene from "Always" I believe it's a Consolidated PBY Catalina.
