Viagra vs Cialis

Birthday Xmas and Valentines day all wrapped into one gift... I don't buy it

PS - it was almost FEBRUARY and he hadn't gotten around to the tires Christmas present (long story but still). I'd gone out in December and got a bunch of ammo (blanks) / hunting stuff for him and his duck hunting hobby for his Christmas present.

So yeah, um, that means some of us are chill / low maintenance.

Congrats on the new Apple addiction. :)

NO I HATE APPLE. Why do you think I bought an android? Because I refuse to own an iPhone.

But I "get" why people love it. I've already cursed at what it can't do and had to download stupid "apps" just to do what I can do on my PC plus unless I'm crazy it crashes or something.

I think it is pretty and fun but tonight when I do word processing for my second job, I'm using my laptop. And for better audio, I use my laptop. And for lots of things, my laptop.

The iPad is light and portable but I don't like the "ease of use" lack of menus / buttons / features. I am a technical person and the simplicity is driving me crazy.

I maybe naive on these matters but what is the thing with Cialis TV ads of a couple on two separate old bathtubs. Did I miss something in my life:dunno:

A Public Apology To Kim and Tracey

I want to publicly apologize for my comments about trading tires, "gold and sparkly" stuff, and anything else for sex. I was trying to be funny by connecting two points. I certainly do not want women to feel uncomfortable here and I feel I did, and for that I am sorry.

Like Kim said ED is a serious medical issue for men and the women in their lives and it needs to be treated as such. A little fun is okay, but I crossed the line and took the fun too far at the expense of Kim and Tracey, and women in general.

No one asked me for an apology, I just feel one was needed to right my wrong.

The day that I feel so ****ty about my own life that I take to an internet forum to talk about how virile I am for the sole purpose of belittling others I'm going to have a friend shoot me.

If you think it's OK to take pills to do what ought to come naturally, that's your opinion and you are more than welcome to it. You can be comforted by your good standing in the majority. I don't ever want to be in such decrepit condition that I require such medical intervention. I despise MDs, hospitals, needles, pills, ointments, and just about anything else related to medical treatment.

I am amazed that any rational person would actually believe this. So you don't need treatment for ED. Are we to be impressed? What about people who are troubled by vision, breathing problems, chronic pain? You are showing a profound lack of empathy, a trait that is not normally seen in an enlightened person.
I despise MDs,
I'm sorry. I am also a pilot, does that count for anything?
hospitals, needles, pills, ointments, and just about anything else related to medical treatment.
Didn't we meet at the POA cookout at Oshkosh last year? In spite of our many philosophical differences I thought you were an OK guy. I must have you confused with somebody else. Your opinion of hospitals and physicians may change if you ever have a serious medical condition. One day I was apparently healthy and later that night I had emergency surgery to save my life. Something like this can happen to anybody. What are you going to do if you become injured or seriously ill with a treatable condition?

Honestly, I thought you meant to sell the gold and sparkly stuff for $$ for avgas! That's truly what I thought you meant! (I can be very naive. Often).

I didn't realize that you were referring to :yikes:

No worries anyway, things roll off me like water off a duck's back.

But thank you anyway. I appreciate it.

I don't recall talking about anyone but my own somewhat less than sweet self.

I never thought there was a "sex for tires" tradeoff. Heck I need new StarSpecs for the Miata in March.

Any Takers?

Anyone?

Bueller? Bueller?

Apparently it is your opinion that it is not OK to take medications to do what ought to come naturally. A minority view for sure. If this were exclusively about you then why post your opinion? Are you trying to announce your superiority over those who rely on medication?

He is just a little man trying to make himself feel better by putting those on the internet down constantly. A piece of garbage that tries to lash out virtually to build himself up. Sad, really.

By the time I figured out what he was saying he had already explained and apologized. But for you, good luck with the Miata. I don't think this is the right site for that kind of bartering.

Hey, everyone has a grumpy day....

I don't think he is as callous as he came across. However, I think that it is important not to belittle those who post legitimate aviation related medical concerns in this forum and it appeared that he had done that.

I guess for those of us that are diabetics or suffer from hypertension, etc shouldn't take our insulin, or blood pressure meds?

Maybe I shouldn't wear my corrective lenses.

If we had not interfered with the advocates of eugenics this probably would not be an issue.

I hope he never gets prostate cancer and has the nerves damaged while having his life saved by the surgery. That really comment was a bit over the top.

To the OP, if you need it, take it. "Better living through modern chemistry".

Ha. Yeah, probably. Still, no matter how genetically "perfect" we are, we still wear out, as you know better than I.

Agreed, Doc.

My Dad used to say "Getting old ain't for sissies." He was right.

And when things worked well, then didn't work, but can work again, with temporary or permanent help, that's not a bad thing. Living is better than the alternative.

Fortunately it's not DQ-ing. :goofy:

That would be "Unfortunately" . ;)

Seriously funny. Official response from the FAA. "We regret to inform you we have reviewed your posts on POA and have made a determination your grump factor of 71.5 is below the norm for gumpyness of an old guy. Therefore, we have suspended your medical certificate until you post a score of 75 or higher. "

I think we may have something here!

José

Means he has enough pressure for long range watersports...

Stupid question for you boner pill guys, but will either of these temporarily lower blood pressure significantly?

Viagra was originally developed as an anti hypertensive. It didn't work so well for that, but many of the male subjects reported an interesting side effect.

It's also used to treat pulmonary hypertension, but that's not the same as what lay people consider high blood pressure.

I'm not certain I disagree with him. Modern medicine is the cause of our population problem. Without things like heart medications, insulin, antibiotics and vaccinations and all this other crap that makes sick babies and old people alive to sponge resources, we would not be in the mess we are in. I'm with Steingar, we should ban medicine. If you're sick and the body cannot heal itself, you should be left to die as God intended.

Yeah, we'd better make damn good and certain we censor our writings so as not to pi$$ anybody off. I guess being PC must be really important.

Actually, Steingar said he didn't like medicine. And in the quoted post, he calls the pills stupid. I see no contradiction.

I have probably trained more medical students than everyone else on this board combined. I've been doing it for 30 years. In all that time I have seen exactly one (1) person I would trust to poke around inside my fat ugly carcass. One. And he doesn't live anywhere near me.

My prostate goes bad, I'll likely die of it before I have anything done. I'm living on borrowed time as it is.

I would have used the word "damn" interchangeably with the word "stupid" in that context. I do not like being administered to by medical professionals. I really and truly hate pills, even the fun ones. I takes excruciating pain or the threat of such to get me to take them.

Apparently nobody likes PC unless it pertains to something that ticks them off.

Everybody is entitled to their opinion on healthcare. That's partly why we have DPAs and Living Wills... to ensure our desires are respected.

You and I met at AirVenture.... I meant no disrespect by quoting the other thread. Was trying to inject humor into a tense thread. My apologies if it came across as anything other than that!

You're a good guy says me. If other folks like being treated by MDs, that's fine by me. Everyone is entitled to their own way. I just hope to Odin it never comes my turn. I am likely the worst patient any MD is ever likely to encounter.

That was really and truly the intent behind my posts. I genuinely don't care if someone wants to take whatever. Heck, I'm the one who wants to legalize all the drugs with which the US is at War (and loosing).

It turns out there is an electronic product that is said to work for women:

http://www.slightesttouch.com/

A review from someone who tried it:

http://voices.yahoo.com/product-review-slightest-touch-electronic-sexual-orgasm-1810867.html

I like this:
Electronics do it all for you
Completely natural

And this:

"Experimental Prototype has failed miserably as an electronic foot massager. Four of the female test subjects, however, ended up getting extremely hot and bothered."

OK - remember the scene in "Pulp Fiction" where we learn that Big Boss Marcellus Wallace threw someone out a 3rd story window for giving his wife a foot massage? It all makes sense now!

And for the record, I'm just like Jules:

Vincent: Have you ever given a foot massage?
Jules: Don't be tellin' me about foot massages - I'm the foot ****in' master.
Vincent: Given a lot of 'em?
Jules: **** yeah. I got my technique down and everything, I don't be tickling or nothin'.

So for the grammar experts:

Multiple erections - hard ons, or hards on?

That is FUNNY!

OMG I just got SPAM today in my email inbox (which I did not click on or open).

The title of the email was:

"Viagra makes it hotter!!!!"

So, have you stopped taking medicine yet or denied yourself doctor's or hospital care yet? Or are you just being a Blowhard?

You can voluntarily ban medicine for yourself, you know. Put your health where your mouth is.
