The MVA overlay in Post #80 is not the Burbank ASR MVA. It is, instead, the master MVA chart for all of SoCal TRACON, which is not actually used. You will notice small differences between the master chart and the Burbank ASR MVA chart. The MVA of the crash site is 7,700, instead of the 9,000 shown on the master chart.
