US holidays calendar (ical) for PC

I have the US holidays showing fine on the ipad and iphone, but none on the PC laptop. All my other calendars sync just fine.

Googled for 20 mins without much luck.

How do I get the US holidays to sync from idevice to icloud on the PC?
Or, does it have to be installed separately?

Well, I found the same thing. Can't be done.
No US holidays on the ical when using the PC.

You'd think there'd be a paid option.
