TSA Recurrent for CFIs

I have been through the recurrent TSA stuff for CFI's but I can't get the certificate to print from the web site. Why not?

Don't worry...the TSA would never harass an innocent pilot because their mistake...

Other than that, I think it is acceptable.

Oops. I kept checking to make sure I got the last name correct. I keep wanting to spell it Brokelman.
