Did a great job on our prebuy. They spent hours going through everything. One thing they seriously warned us about, the starter adapter, came true. Last two days there have been issues on hot starts. The seller agreed to take care of it, and funds were retained. We have an appointment scheduled with the agreed upon shop this next Monday (seller refused to agree to have it done at Travel Express). However, we decided to let them do the chute repack.
But if they didn't, identify issues, we would have been out $$$$, so the pre buy essentially paid for itself.
