Toddler saftey harness/seat?

I cant find the post that someone made about the toddler seat or harness. We are taking our 2 year old on a commercial flight on the 24th and I was told that they need some type of saftey harness or seat? Anyone have some info on it and where to get one asap?

Most car seats are FAA approved. Look for a red (I think) sticker on the car seat, it should say that the seat is approved. If not, you may need a quick trip to the store to buy an approved seat.

BTW, these seats work well in our leetle planes, too.
